Please let me know what can be done to fix this issue! Only after multiple attempts at exporting did I do an update, then the uninstall and reinstall. For the amount of money I've spent on Sibelius products over the years, this is not an easy pill to swallow.Īgain, I have changed no configurations or settings since the last time exporting worked. Without that capability this program really only 50% useful. I am a high school choir director and I am in the mix of my first concert season and need to get practice files made. My husband who is an IT guy and understand a lot more of the technical talk on the forums tried there suggestestions, but again, there is little help for Windows users. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and even tried different music files.

MAC users seemed to have found a fix with a lot of work arounds, but I don't see how to fix this for Windows users. From what I have read on the forums, this is an ongoing issue. I had no issues with exporting files 3 weeks ago, and just opened Sibelius today to attempt exporting some new music and received this message. In both cases it begins a live playback while supposedly exporting the file.

When I download as a wav file, nothing happens. When I attempted an mp3 I got the message "MP3 conversion failed. I just attempted to export music as audio files (both mp3 and wav) and it did not work.
